The good thing is that we are improving every week, and that's what it's all about is to try and play your best basketball at the end of the year, and hopefully we are going to try to do that this year.

The kids are excited - they are chomping at the bit.

The kids played really well and played incredibly hard tonight.

They are what our program is all about. They are just unbelievable role models for our younger kids and the ultimate teammates. They just have an unbelievable work ethic. They are great kids and we are going to miss them immensely.

It was good to see them come out without any jitters and we knew (the Pirates) would have their runs, they are a great team, have a great coach and we were just real fortunate to get this one.

That's the best kind of game - to get everybody in and get those younger boys some experience.

They're playing great defense right now; it's fun to watch. This is the best defense I've seen in my three years here.

They have a pressure defense and an up-tempo offense.

You never know when you are going to get a chance again - and luckily we got a second chance. We just have to hope the moons and stars are aligned and things will go our way this year.

Defensively we are hoping to get the same kind of effort we have been getting all year.
